'06 Subaru Impreza/WRX

The 2006 Subaru Impreza/WRX is available in a sedan or wagon. The 2.5i sedan and wagon have 16" alloy wheels, sport-tuned suspension, air conditioning, sport seats with height adjustment for the driver, a CD player, leather-wrapped steering wheel and power windows, locks and mirrors.

The Outback Sport wagon comes with 2-tone paint, heavy duty-suspension and has more ground clearance, foglamps and cargo tiedowns. The Outback sport special edition sedan and wagon have all these features plus a premium audio system, in-dash CD changer, auto-dimming rear-view mirror, leather steering wheel and a rear spoiler. The Impreza WRX comes in three different versions - the WRX TR, the WRX and the WRX Limited.

Engines available are the 2.5 liter, four cylinder, which comes in either 173 hp or 230 hp. The transmission choices are a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic. All wheel drive is standard.

2005 Subaru Impreza/WRX

The 2005 Subaru Impreza/WRX is all about options. Buyers have their choice of body styles, the Impreza/WRX comes as a sedan or a sport wagon. Regardless of the type, Subaru claims it can go from zero to sixty miles per hour in under six seconds.

When it comes to power, buyers can choose between a five speed manual transmission and four speed automatic, which comes with all-wheel drive featuring Variable Torque Distribution. Some of the standard features include automatic climate control and a stereo with a CD player that has the capacity to hold and change up to six CDs.

All '05 Impreza/WRX models come with sixteen inch alloy wheels, sport-tuned suspension, and large brake discs in the front, as well as side-impact airbags, which are mounted on the seats. The Impreza/WXR is incredibly strong and smooth when it comes to acceleration, and road noise and jostling are hardly noticeable, thanks to the 2005 Subaru Impreza/WRX’s taut, tight suspension.
